Infant/Toddler
Enrollment Fee
A $30.00 enrollment fee will be charged for each enrollment or re-enrollment to help cover administrative costs. The enrollment fee is non-refundable and must accompany enrollment forms.
Infant/Toddler Fee Options
Two options are available for infants and toddlers (ages six weeks to 36 months).
- Un-Limited: The Un-Limited rate is $168.50 per week. All fees for this option are charged on a weekly basis. Discounts are not given if care is not needed on some days. Fees are not charged for the days the program is closed. Fees for those weeks will be prorated. A vacation week (without charge) is granted for 5 consecutive days absence after a child has been enrolled for six months at this rate and then annually each year thereafter.
- Limited: Hourly rate of $4.75 per hour with a weekly minimum charge of $156.75 per week (33 hours of care). Hours are calculated from the time the child arrives until the time the child departs. The minimum fee ($156.75) is due weekly for care from 0 to 33 hours per week. Weeks that care is provided for more than 33 hours, parents will be charged an additional $4.75 per hour for every hour over the 33-hour minimum. No vacation-week fee exemption applies to this fee option.
Charges are due each Monday in advance of service. Monthly payments in advance are encouraged. Parents will receive a statement after the end of each month showing actual charges and payments received during the month. Please do not wait until you receive your statement to make your payments.
Preschool
Enrollment Fee
A $30.00 enrollment fee will be charged for each enrollment or re-enrollment to help cover administrative costs. The enrollment fee is non-refundable and must accompany enrollment forms.
Preschool Fee Options
Two options are available for preschool (children ages three to five years).
- Un-Limited: The Un-Limited rate is $158.50 per week. All fees for this option are charged on a weekly basis.
Discounts are not given if care is not used on some days. Fees are not charged for days the program is closed. Fees for those weeks will be prorated. A vacation week (without charge) is granted for 5 consecutive days absence after a child has been enrolled for six months at this rate and then annually each year.
- Part Time: Hourly rate of $4.35 per hour with weekly minimum charge of $143.55 (33 hours of care). Hours are calculated from the time the child arrives until the time the child departs. The minimum fee ($143.55) is due weekly for care from 0 to 33 hours per week. Weeks that care is provided for more than 33 hours, parents will be charged an additional $4.35 per hour for every hour over the 33-hour minimum. No vacation-week fee exemption applies to this option.
School-Age

Regular Rate
$4.10/Hour
Minimum Fees
Minimum fees are charged to insure partial payment to cover absences, based on enrollment, as stated on individual fee agreements. Fees are assessed from the time the child arrives until the time the child departs. A charge of $4.10 per hour will be added for each hour used above these minimums.
School-Age Fee Options
- A.M. Care: Enrolled before school: $24.60 per week minimum
- P.M. Care: Enrolled after school: $24.60 per week minimum
- A.M. and P.M. Care: Enrolled both sessions: $49.20 per week
- Occasional Care: There is also at times an occasional rate available at the discretion of the director. This rate is $5.50 per hour, and is charged for enrollments of less than 5 hours per week. A one-hour minimum is charged each time care is used, and a $27.50 monthly minimum is charged whether care is used during the month or not as long as the child is enrolled. This rate is not always available based on enrollment.
School Year Payment Schedule
Estimated charges as stated on individual fee agreement forms are due on the first of each month for the entire month. Even if a child does not attend enough hours to equal the minimum charge, the minimum still applies. Parents will receive a statement after the end of each month showing actual charges and payments received during the month. Please do not wait until you receive your statement to make your payments. Any balance due is payable upon receipt of the statement.
Summer
